Who we are
This website, assurenode.com, is operated by AssuranceTech Integrity Systems Private Limited, E-501, Fremont, Silicon Valley, Powai, Mumbai, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, work email address, company, role and enquiry type you provide, together with anything you write in the free-text field. Our servers record technical information for each request: IP address, browser user agent, timestamp and the page requested. We use aggregate, cookieless analytics that does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you as an individual.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, and to assess whether a scoping review is appropriate. To keep this website secure, available and functioning. We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not use your data for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries: for as long as the enquiry is active, and for twelve months after it closes. Server logs: 90 days. Analytics: retained only in aggregate form that does not identify you.
Who else sees it
We use service providers to operate this website and to send email. They process personal data on our instructions and only as needed to provide those services. We do not share personal data with anyone else, except where we are required to by law.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to give you access to your personal data, to correct, complete or update it, or to erase it. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and you can raise a grievance with us about how we handle your data. Write to us and we will respond within ninety days, which is the maximum the DPDP Rules, 2025 allow. In practice we aim to answer far sooner.
Grievances
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data or your request, contact our grievance officer at the registered office above. If you remain unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date shown. Where a change materially affects how we handle personal data already collected, we will say so.
